Fires can be caused by many different sources. This was a suspected electrical fire which started in the breezeway and spread further through the house.

SERVPRO of Livonia, started this project by first making the air breathable. Specialized equipment made the structure better for the customer and our employees. 

The next step was to check the safety of the structure. The to evaluate what could be saved and what couldn't. The areas that were salvageable took priority for cleaning and demolition as needed. SERVPRO worked from the top down. Our restoration technicians, cleaned the attic and insulation, the ceiling areas, walls, and removed all the debris and material carnage that was left by the fire. The contents were removed and cleaned off site to prevent further smoke damage.
